I lead the finance function for the group, with responsibility for statutory and consolidated reporting, audit oversight, FP&A, cashflow and working capital management, tax compliance, compensation strategy and equity administration. I work closely with the board and senior leadership team, providing financial insight and decision support across pricing, margin governance, investment decisions and operational planning.
I joined The Information Lab over a decade ago and have evolved with the business as it has grown in scale and complexity, including international expansion and group restructuring. Prior to my role as Finance Director, I led the company’s training and consulting operations, giving me deep operational and commercial understanding of how the business delivers value to its clients.
I bring pragmatic, data-led approaches to finance leadership, combining strong analytical capability with sound commercial judgement in a fast-moving, owner-led environment.
