I joined The Information Lab in February 2022 as part of The Data School, where I spent over two and a half years working with clients like IAG Cargo, Credit Suisse, and Inchcape Shipping Services. During that time, I built solutions using Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, and AWS. In mid-2024, I transitioned into a Data Engineering Consultant role and later joined The Information Lab’s core team, where I focus on building modern data engineering solutions with technologies like Databricks, dbt, Azure, Python/PySpark, and Terraform.
Outside of work, I’m a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and love the mix of strategy and physical challenge the sport demands. I’m also a big fan of puzzles (especially cryptic crosswords) and always have a few personal projects on the go — recent examples include a word search solver and an automation tool for Google's NotebookLM (they’re up on my GitHub if you’re curious). When I’m not glued to a puzzle or a keyboard, I’m usually travelling, exploring new places, or out with my camera — I picked up photography recently and really enjoy capturing wildlife, particularly birds.
